Crack Filling & Sealing

Dirt and debris blown out with compressed air and fired out. Crack filled with a rubberized sealer.

Budget Price: $0.75 - $3.50 per linear ft. of crack

Sealcoating

You can choose from several different qualities of sealcoating material. The higher the quality the longer your lot stays protected from the elements and maintains its impressive appearance. product warrantys vary from 1-10 or more years

Budget Price: $0.08 - $0.33 per sq. ft.

Line Striping

Stall Budget Price: $3.00 - $6.00 each

Disabled Stall Budget Price: $75.00 - $125.00 each

Arrows Budget Price: $25.00 - $50.00 each

Curbing (painted) Budget Price: $0.75 - $1.00 per linear ft

Stop Bar Budget Price: $25.00 - $50.00 each

Stenciling Budget Price: $30.00 - $50.00 each

Concrete Curbing

Concrete curbs come in many shapes and sizes. The simpler the geometric shape, the less expensive they are to install or repair. If your curb has curvature in its shape, use the higher figure for a budget. If the curbing is new and is a simple 6" x 8" rectangle, use the lower figure.

Budget Price: $10.00 - $35.00 per linear ft

GNR Recycled Rubber Wheel Stops

Made out of Recycled Rubber, these wheel stops are durable, environmentally friendly, and weigh only 34lbs. They are held down with four 14" rebar spikes, and come with a 5 year warranty.

Budget Price: $50.00 - $75.00 ea.

GNR Recycled Speed Bumps

Made out of Recycled Rubber, these speed bumps are durable, environmentally friendly, and come with a 3 year warranty.

Budget Price: $1,500.00 per speed bump (avg. length 20' to 24')

Concrete Wheel Stops

With an average weight of approximately 200 lbs., these wheel stops are solid. They are secured by 2 - 12" rebar spikes, and come with a 1 year warranty.

Quarterly Maintenance

50 ¢/Sq Ft Strip/Wax/Buff Minimum charge $200.00 *

Monthly Maintenance Scrub & Recoat 40 ¢/Sq. Ft *

Other Surface Types

Linoleum Maintenance same as VCT, dependant on surface and type. Different products are used for this surface. Site review required to determine surface type for estimate

Ceramic Tile Floor * Final cost dependant determined on site review at time of estimate

Carpet Cleaning
If you have carpeting, we can do that care as well. We generally do not clean carpeting and do not have specialized mounted equipment required to do so. But we have light commercial machines available to offer that as well. Often we can arrange for both the soft floor (carpet care) as well as our hard floor care to be finished on the same day. This saves you time and money by not having to schedule for multiple days of maintenance.
